How To Cook


Ayam Goreng Kremes
Ayam Goreng Kremes
  1. Place the vacuum packed Ayam Goreng (not open) in a plate or bowl
  2. Defrost pack in microwave for 5 mins
  3. Preheat the pan and add cooking oil
  4. Deep fry until golden brown or cook in air fryer at 180c for 5 mins on each side
  5. Defrost Sayur Asem (soup) in microwave for 2 mins
  6. Pour soup into the pot and bring it to the boil
  7. Add vegetables and cook for another minute

Serve Ayam Goreng with kremes on top, sayur asem, side salad (lalapan), and chilli (sambal terasi)


Ayam Bakar Kecap
Ayam Bakar Kecap
  1. Place the vacuum packed Ayam Bakar (not open) in a plate or bowl
  2. Defrost pack in microwave for 5 mins
  3. Preheat the pan and add cooking oil
  4. Pan fry (grill) at medium heat for 2 mins on each side, brushing with sauce. Or air fryer at 180°C for 4 mins on each side, brushing with sauce.
  5. Defrost Sayur Asem (soup) in microwave for 2 mins
  6. Pour soup into the pot and bring it to the boil
  7. Add vegetables and cook for another minute

Serve Ayam Bakar with sayur asem, side salad (lalapan), and chilli (sambal bawang)


Rendang Jawa

  1. Place the vacuum packed Rendang (not open) in a plate or bowl
  2. Defrost pack in microwave for 2 mins
  3. Pour 100ml of water into the pot and bring it to the boil
  4. Add rendang and cook until water is reduced for approximately 10 mins. Keep stirring at low heat

Sate Ayam Bumbu Kacang

  1. Place the vacuum packed Satay (not open) in a plate or bowl
  2. Defrost pack in microwave for 2 mins
  3. Preheat the pan and add cooking oil
  4. Pan fry (grill) satay for 2 mins on each side at low heat
  5. Microwave Peanut Sauce for 30 sec – 1 min

Serve Satay with peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce on top, and a side of pickled vegetable (acar)

  4. Deep fry until golden brown or cook in air fryer at 180°C for 3 mins on each side

Serve Iga Goreng with kremes on top, side salad (lalapan), and chilli (sambal terasi)

Serve Iga Bakar with side salad (lalapan), and chilli (sambal bawang)

  1. Place the vacuum packed Tahu and Tempe (not open) in a plate or bowl
  2. Defrost pack in microwave for 3 mins
  3. Preheat the pan and add cooking oil
  4. Pan fry each side until golden brown at medium heat or air fryer at 180°C for 3 mins on each side
